Booth space is priced per square foot, and your rate depends on whether you are a Craft Industry Alliance member or exhibiting at more than one Koelnmesse event. Craft retailers in the Chicago metro region get a local rate. Booths come in many sizes and configurations, with a minimum of 50 sq. ft.

Booth space is sold in a range of sizes and configurations, inline or on a corner. The minimum is 50 sq. ft.
Every inline booth includes.
8 ft side and back drape, and a company ID sign.
No corner surcharges.
Whether you are inline or on a corner, you pay the same rate per square foot.
- At the standard rate, the 50 sq. ft. minimum is $825 for the space, or $749.50 at the member rate.
- Local retailers pay $1,200 for the 100 sq. ft. Local Retailer Exhibit Package booth. Eligibility goes by where your business is: see the qualifying counties and ZIP codes.
- A $500 deposit is due with your application.
- 50% of the total booth space cost is due within 30 days of applying.
- Rates are for floor space only. Construction packages, electrical and furnishings are extra.
